Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

Sumana Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects. Your goal is to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Perform risk, value management, and cost control.
• Advise on a procurement strategy.
• Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks.
• Prepare and analyze costings for tenders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
• Strong numeracy and financial management skills.
• Practical knowledge of construction materials and pricing.
• Proficiency in CostX or similar software.
