Senior Civil Engineer

Job Description

At Sumana Construction, we build the infrastructure of tomorrow. We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead the design and execution of high-value structural projects. You will be responsible for overseeing engineering designs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing technical teams on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and design of civil engineering projects (roads, bridges, drainage).
• Analyze survey reports, maps, and blueprints to plan projects effectively.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications.
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor.
• Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and structural analysis software.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
